摘要: Modern telecommunication power supplies are based on renewable solutions, e.g. fuel cell/battery hybrid systems, for immediate and prolonged load support during grid faults. The high demand continuity increases the emphasis supply reliability availability which raises need monitoring system condition timely maintenance prevention of downtime. Although present component level, no current literature addresses from perspective a such as supply. This paper is first step towards approach systems. Firstly, application defined, thereafter benefits predictive strategies prognostics health management framework described. A review major components: cell, battery, converters, given. Finally, presents discussion available techniques commercial point view.
