摘要: The Type 1 family of growth factors and their receptors play an important role in normal development, wound healing diseases such as cancer. products the four receptor genes ten specifying ligands interact a complex pattern. Such systems may develop emergent properties which cannot be predicted from reductionist analysis interactions individual components. New methods determining these higher level are, however, being developed. These include microscopic live cells expressing fluorescently tagged ligands, second messengers can provide positional information on components system. Computational simulations are developed help to predict
