摘要: In this paper, we present the results of global transcript analysis by microarray technique senescent and apoptotic yeast cells. We compared young daughter old mother cells isolated elutriation centrifugation, non-apoptotic induced either a temperature shift cdc48S565G temperature-sensitive mutant or orc2-1 mutant. The majority all genes found to be differentially regulated in these three physiological situations was upregulated, indicating that cellular death process initiated rather than an unspecific shut-down gene expression due immediate killing. functional classes upregulated conditions were largely same, although individual many cases not identical. largest group involved nuclear coding for mitochondrial components functions, which is understandable given fact apoptosis can triggered mitochondrially generated oxygen radicals mitochondria play important role execution apoptosis. Other consisted DNA damage response, cell cycle regulation checkpoints, repair, membrane lipid wall synthesis. These represent response known insults, occur during aging As have shown previously, final-stage (of wild-type) are apoptotic.
