摘要: Some aspects of rotavirus humoral immunity were assessed on the basis distinguishing serotype-specific specificities (VP4/VP7) by using reassortants, human and animal strains in neutralization assays serum samples obtained during acute phase, 1, 6 12 months after primary natural infection. In this study, all infecting virus characterized as G type some also P type. Primary infection induces a significantly greater homotypic response than heterotypic response. addition, there was no significant difference number or responses following reinfection. Transplacentally acquired antibodies associated with protection against dehydration gastroenteritis.
