摘要: Tungsten oxide clusters were prepared by oxidizing tungsten deposited on sapphire. The oxidation was carried out thermal treatment under various conditions. morphology and the structure of investigated AFM RHEED. It found that deposit Al 2 O 3 substrate partially oxidized to WO annealing in vacuum. exhibited a modified surface indicating oxygen. Oxidation low oxygen pressure (10 Pa) gave rise phase while air led . In all experiments, epitaxial orientations or deduced from RHEED patterns.
