摘要: Abstract Cr2+ ions doped at 4 ppm in CdSe exhibited strong broadband emission the 1.8–2.8 μm region with a 6 μs lifetime 60–300 K temperature range. Excitation was observed both expected 1.9 electronic transition from ground state and 755 nm absorption features near band edge of CdSe.
