摘要: Adipocytes derived from human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are widely used to investigate adipogenesis. Taking into account both the novelty of these MSCs and scarcity studies focused on effects phenolic compounds, aim present study was analyze effect apigenin, hesperidin kaempferol pre-adipocyte mature adipocytes this type cells. In addition, expression genes involved in TG accumulation also measured. Pre-adipocytes were cultured day 0 8 for 48 h with polyphenols at doses 1, 10 25 µM. Apigenin did not show an anti-adipogenic action. treated showed reduced content three experimental doses. modify main adipogenic (c/ebpβ, c/ebpα, pparγ srebp1c), inhibited phases adipogenesis srebp1c perilipin) c/ebpβ. adipocytes, dose 25 µM, but lower All compounds increased mRNA levels atgl. decreased fasn expression. The shows delipidating hMSCs. While blocks all stages adipogenesis, only inhibits early stage. Regarding reduce by activating, least part, lipolysis, case reducing lipogenesis. first time time.
