Effect of Ritodrine on the Bladder Capacity in Unanaesthetized Pigs

摘要: A cystometric investigation was carried out in unanaesthetized pigs. During intravenous infusion of ritodrine (10, 30 and 50 microgram/kg/min.) a dose-dependent significant increase the bladder capacity obtained. concomitant elevation heart rate followed administration drug.
