摘要: Three anticholinergic compounds, atropine, emeprone, and PR 197 (synthesized at AB Recip, Sweden), were tested for their effects on the infused urinary bladder of unanaesthetized rabbits. Following injection emeprone (1–4 mg/kg intravenously) volume capacity increased micturition pressure decreased. These drugs also produced a residual after micturition. No change in threshold could be detected. Atropine caused marked decrease capacity, pressure, but did not produce any volume. The results obtained present investigation using animals differed from similar experiments, where anaesthetized used. It is concluded that peripheral actions substances used confined mainly to cholinergic receptors bladder. different response atropine was attributed its central stimulating effect.
