摘要: Abstract 65 ZnCl 2 was intravenously injected into Nagase analbuminemic rats (NAR), which have a genetical mutation affecting albumin mRNA processing and lack serum albumin, to test the hypothesis that is necessary for zinc (Zn) transport brain. One hour after injection, Zn largely concentrated in choroid plexus of NAR as well normal parental Sprague–Dawley (SDR). Six days both groups, concentration decreased, with increases other brain regions. The finding there no significant difference distribution between SDR suggests its through blood–cerebrospinal fluid barrier blood–brain are not dependent on albumin. A most interesting observation cerebral ventricles were considerably enlarged NAR.
