摘要: Several large prospective and retrospective studies have demonstrated excellent long-term outcomes after breast conservative treatment with radiation in invasive cancer. Breast-conserving surgery (BCS) followed by radiotherapy (RT) is an accepted management strategy for patients DCIS. Adding enables to reduce, without any significant risks, the rate of local recurrence (LR) approximately 50% randomized clinical trials.
