摘要: Background Evaluation of individuals at high genetic risk schizophrenia is a powerful method for identifying precursors the illness. Aims To identify aspects personality, psychopathology and social development that differentiate high-risk control individuals. Method Adolescent young-adult first-degree relatives ( n =35) people with or schizoaffective disorder group =55) were compared on 36 measures baseline longitudinal study. Measures differentiating participants related to four loading indices. Results High-risk older than 17 years showed more physical anhedonia, less positive involvement peers problems peers, siblings opposite gender. Older also cooperative, self-directed reward-dependent. Problems gender, as well reward dependence, linearly loading. Conclusions Alterations in personality traits are present individuals, may be markers liability toward illness.
