摘要: Proteinaceous and nonproteinaceous antigens from exogenous microorganisms can be processed by the host for MHC class I restricted presentation to T cells. Macrophages, B cells, mast cells dendritic are antigen-presenting that process such through multiple pathways before MHC-restricted epitope presentation. New conceptual frameworks emerging regarding processing of peptide or nonpeptide epitopes bacteria in context conventional molecules, nonconventional CD1 molecules. Animal experiments have demonstrated these central importance generating protective antibacterial cell responses. These findings form basis new vaccine designs specifically target reactivity.
