摘要: Through the use of a cDNA probe, human erbB-2 gene was localized by in situ hybridization normal chromosomes at 17q11-q21. In derived from fibroblasts carrying constitutional 15;17t(q22.3;q11.21) translocation showed that relocated on rearranged chromosome 15. These results as well grain localization prophase locate 17q12-q21.32. This may facilitate search for malignancies with changes involving gene.
