摘要: Investigations of genetic alterations associated with neoplasia have identified a limited set cellular genes, termed proto-oncogenes, that are highly conserved in vertebrate evolution. Acute transforming retroviruses substituted viral genes essential for replication these discrete segments host information. When incorporated within the retroviral genome, such transduced sequences acquire ability to induce neoplastic transformation as oncogenes, an observation initially linked process [1, 2].
