摘要: Chromatin in interphase nuclei exhibits a topology that is associated with the transcriptional state of cells. We examined spatial, intranuclear distribution chromosome 17 and ERBB-2 (HER2/neu) sequence thereon, relative to DNase-hypersensitive chromatin (DHC), breast tumour cells exhibiting different levels expression ERBB-2. These sequences were specifically nuclear periphery, within band DHC. The remainder mass showed no preferential position nucleus. peripheral placement specific conformation 17. propose conformational organization territories might represent fundamental control mechanism gene expression.
