摘要: The atomic force microscope (AFM) is broadly used to study the morphology of cells. morphological characteristics and differences cell membrane between normal human astrocytes glial tumor cells are not well explored. Following treatment with cold atmospheric plasma, evaluation selective effect plasma on viability poorly understood requires further evaluation. Using AFM we imaged before after treatment. To look more closely at membrane, high resolution imaging was used. We report glioblastoma by considering surface details. Our data, obtained for first time these using microscopy, argue an architectural feature i.e. brush layers, different in as compared layer disappears from E6/E7 maintained U87
