摘要: OBJECTIVE: To determine the impact of HAART on incidence regression and progression cytopathological abnormalities in HIV-infected women. DESIGN: Prospective cohort. METHODS: women (N=1123) from Soweto South Africa underwent serial cervical smears that were analyzed reported using Bethesda System. The results non-HAART users compared two statistical approaches: a survival analysis assessing risk incident smear abnormality among with baseline normal results; marginal models for an association between use likelihood regression/progression consecutive smears. RESULTS: After multivariate 38% less likely to have during follow-up than nonusers [confidence interval (CI) 0.42-0.91; P=0.01]. Multivariate identified significantly increased (odds ratio 2.61; CI 1.75-3.89; P<0.0001) lesions HAART. CONCLUSION: Our large prospective cohort study adds significant weight side balance clinical research supporting positive natural history human papillomavirus-related disease (c) 2012 Wolters Kluwer Health | Lippincott Williams & Wilkins
