摘要: Abstract A need to make substantial future reductions in greenhouse gas emissions would require major changes national energy systems. Nine industrialized countries have explored the technical boundaries of CO2 emission restrictions during next 40 50 years using comparable scenario assumptions and a standard model, MARKAL. Quantitative results for are shown side by set maps that compare least-cost evolution systems main factors contribute emissions. The ability restrict most cost-effective measures doing so differ among countries; an international agreement mandate equal percentage reduction is clearly impossible. first step toward basis allocating such reductions, multinational process which they were produced provides example further abatement costing studies.
