摘要: The effects of chronic exposure to phytosanitary products are difficult determine because their use in combination with other and variety formulations containing additives or contaminants. In order evaluate, at the cellular level, risk myelosuppressive caused by two widely used herbicides, atrazine dinoterb, we performed vitro assays on human granulo-monocytic progenitor-cells (CFU-GM) also granulomonocytic expansion liquid media. Both these techniques were carried out presence each molecule. Seven stable environmental metabolites studied using above addition supernatants rat hepatocytes preincubated dinoterb for 24 hr. Parent showed similar moderate-direct toxicity CFU-GM. cells grown media a period longer than 14 days, appeared delayed but increased when compared atrazine. 2-chloro-diamino-atrazine was found be as toxic Supernatants hepatocyte hr exhibited 150-fold increase parent molecule, while remained unchanged This phenomenon directly correlated hepatocytes. present study will useful defining tissue-specific toxicities products, including biotransformed metabolites.
