摘要: The effect of retinoid administration on the antigen presenting function mouse dendritic cells (DC) was assessed. Culturing spleen with retinoic acid (10(-10)-10(-4) M) had no numbers DC separated from these cultures. However, isolated retinoic-acid-treated cultures were less stimulatory than untreated when added to allogeneic lymphocytes in a mixed leucocyte culture. Allogeneic stimulation by also inhibited pulsing (10(-6)-10(-4) for 2 h. Pulsing lower doses (10(-14)-10(-20) enhanced this response. animals maintained VAA-enriched diets reduced capacity stimulate lymphocytes. response unseparated lymph node pulsed 10(-10)-10(-4) M but (10(-14) M). inhibitory retinoids responding lymphoid populations abolished removal cells. results indicate that immunomodulation could occur via an efficiency presentation DC.
