摘要: A new and novel method for determination of serum acetaminophen is described. The assay, which can be completed in less than 5 min, based on the enzymatic hydrolysis acetaminophen, with subsequent colorimetric detection aminophenol so produced. Various possible means estimation are described; final reaction conditions have been optimized maximum sensitivity assay speed. This compares favorably other available procedures; it requires only small sample volumes; rapid, simple, highly specific parent drug; neither great technical ability nor expensive instrumentation.
