摘要: Abstract This paper reports a fast, simple procedure for the direct screening of biological fluids by using flow configuration coupled on-line to an evaporative light scattering detector with no chromatographic separation. The potential this coupling was exemplified paracetamol. adopted permits selective retention paracetamol and its metabolites from dilute urine or serum samples on LiChrolut®EN sorbent column located in loop high pressure injection valve. Retained is eluted acetonitrile driven directly detector. Some analytical features are: detection limit 0.3 μg ml−1, quantitation interval 1–100 μg ml−1, repeatability, as RSD, 1.0%. reliability method studied at three concentration levels spiked blanks (1, 2 4 times limit) yielding 0% false positives negatives, thanks precision method. Finally comprehensive study 50 real (paracetamol free) obtained different individuals (healthy, drug addicts patients hospital) provided 4% negatives threshold established.
