摘要: The most common histologic pattern observed in lymph node biopsy specimens from homosexual men with the syndrome of persistent generalized lymphadenopathy is that florid hyperplasia germinal centers. This change has been characterized as showing large and irregular centers, mantle zone effacement, follicle lysis, center hemorrhage, granuloma formation, focal sinusoidal monocytoid cell hyperplasia. Fifty coded nonspecific reactive follicular antedating epidemic acquired immunodeficiency (AIDS) (1976 to 1977) were studied assess specificity these features identifying patients at risk for AIDS. incidence was follows: 10 per cent cases; 44 cent; 42 24 sinus hyperplasia, 16 8 cent. Large centers seen five cases, four which had additional abnormalities. A combination three changes 18 cases a two Comparison data previously published descriptions biopsies indicates that, while some reported may be more patients, none them, either singly or combination, can considered diagnostic this disorder.
