摘要: Oncogenic transformation is the result of a complex process that involves multiple steps genetic and cellular alterations, most notably activation oncogenes inactivation tumor suppressor genes. Great advances have been made in identifying alterations associated with various human cancers recent years. The discovery signaling cross-talk between KRAS Hedgehog signaling, two universally dysregulated pathways pancreatic cancer, provides new insights into understanding mechanism tumorigenesis potential novel therapeutic strategy for treating this deadly disease.
