摘要: Corn syrups have been evaluated in media for embryogenesis, androgenesis and the production of secondary metabolites from plant tissue culture. In systems examined, higher productivity was obtained with containing corn than comparable glucose or sucrose. syrup did not increase growth unorganized cell cultures. Increased therefore reflects a syrup-mediated promotion differentiation. The effects on increasing yields were evident only after several passages syrup-containing medium. This shows importance monitoring over to determine effect different carbon sources metabolite production. Superiority is due primarily component sugars maltose glucose. Mixtures these gave products either sugar used alone.
