摘要: Live-attenuated influenza virus vaccines can be generated by reassortment of gene segments between an attenuated donor strain and a virulent wild-type virus. The annual production schedule for the seasonal vaccine necessitates rapid efficient genotyping reassorted progeny to identify desired strains. This study describes multiplex RT-PCR system capable identifying each segment from cold-adapted virus, B/Lee/40ca. specificity amplification was optimized testing various B viruses. resulting method is sensitive enough routine identification reassortant clones constellation, consisting six H N genes By providing more means candidate strains, this could implemented expedite generation component allow time culture process final vaccine.
