摘要: The effect of glucose upon the release glucagon and insulin from perfused rat pancreas in vitro was studied by varying both concentration (from 3.3 to 4.6, 8.5, or 11.1 mmol/l) time exposure an elevated sugar (5, 10 23 min). results suggest that amount released during early period stimulation could contribute speed extent inhibition release. rate recovery A cell, however, appeared be independent related, a dose-dependent time-dependent manner, only stimulus.
