摘要: In the present work, we demonstrate that treatment with 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 for 24 hours increased n a dose-dependent manner levels of two major insulin receptor (IR) mRNAs (11 and 8.5Kb) in U-937 human promonocytic cells. These reached maximum values (1.8-fold 11Kb; 1.4-fold addition 10-8M D3. these optimal conditions stimulatory effect was accompanied by increases both IR capacity, responsiveness glucose transport Moreover, such appear to be mediated an enhanced expression D3, measured at level RNA protein. results provide evidence acting as genomic stimulator response control transport.
