摘要: Abstract In order to obtain optimum laser parameters for treating of Al 6082-T6, the effects focus position, pulse energy, gas type and duration used surface were investigated. Optimum process intended achieved minimum crack, porosity, roughness, defect depth, percent porosity in Heat Affected Zone (HAZ), maximum HAZ depth. The most effective ablation are Gas Type with 57.54% Crack Length, 76.20% Porosity, 75.92% Roughness, 59.91% Defect Depth, 66.01% (HAZ) Pulse Energy 49.39 Percent Porosity (HAZ). confirmation experiment proposed by Taguchi method, Length was obtained as 208.56 (μm/mm2), Surface 0.024%, best Roughness 28.29 μm, depth 217 μm, 3129.6 μm, 6.75%. These results better than from 9 experiments method. Using accurate found less experimentation.
