摘要: Summary Discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation was used to isolate four distinct membrane fractions from cell-free extracts of Synechocystis PCC 6803, viz. two chlorophyll-free plasma fractions, a dark-green thylakoid fraction and light-green with buoyant densities 1.066, 1.092, 1.208 1.162g·cm −3 , respectively. The types membranes could not be further resolved by recentrifugation on continuous gradients; each them had its genuine complement cytochrome c oxidase, NADPH-protochlorophyllide reductase, P700, protochlorophyllide chlorophyllide, which explained superposition (mixture) different fractions. Due the high concentration (activity) NADPHprotochlorophyllide chlorophyllide in it is tempting suggest that these are derived centers appear represent contact sites between cytoplasmic (plasma) intracytoplasmic (thylakoid) where synthesized esterified phytol chlorophyll transferred membranes. Our findings will discussed respect long-standing question continuity cyanobacteria.
