摘要: In the field of applied geochemistry, it is important to obtain quantitative descriptions geochemical patterns and identify anomalies. this paper, we present a MATLAB-based program for processing data by means fractal/multifractal modeling. The procedure consists two functional parts. First, quantify spatial distribution characteristics using multifractal spectrum. Second, anomalies are identified various models. These models include concentration-area fractal model, spectrum-area singularity analysis. results can be visualized in MATLAB platform or saved further analysis, i.e., geographic information systems software. We demonstrate applicability dataset from soil samples taken Inner Mongolia, China. examine concentrations Ag these samples, show that obtained our highly correlated with known deposits region interest.
