摘要: Human herpesvirus 7 is a highly seroprevalent β-herpesvirus that, following primary infection, remains latent in CD4+ T cells and determines persistent rather than infection various tissues organs, including the lung skin. This paper describes development of an in-house light upon extension real-time PCR assay for quantification human DNA clinical samples. The efficiency, sensitivity, specificity, inter- intra-assay variability, dynamic range have been determined. Subsequently, has validated by evaluating load bronchoalveolar lavages skin specimens, chosen as 2 persistency sites, from healthy pathological individuals. developed this study could be useful tool to detect quantify different specimens elucidate its epidemiological pathogenic roles.
