摘要: A fully symmetrical six-polarization circular patch antenna is proposed. This coaxial-fed at center with 12 p-i-n diodes placed across a ring slot on the patch. By turning these or off, six linear polarizations 30° interval can be produced. Due to symmetry, in theory all share same characteristics. prototype operating 2.4 GHz designed and fabricated. The measured gains of are from 2.64 3.52 dBi. Simulated results good agreement.
