摘要: Accurate measurements of rotor temperature are critical for the interpretation hydrodynamic parameters in analytical ultracentrifugation. We have recently developed methods a more accurate determination spinning using iButton loggers. Here we report that measured with on counterbalance resting rotor, following thermal equilibration under high vacuum, closely corresponded to precision better than 0.2°C.
