摘要: Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are infections and resulting clinical syndromes caused by more than 25 infectious organisms through sexual activity. International travellers at great risk of contracting any these STDs, including HIV, if they have been sexually exposed to persons with diseases. Population movement has shown be a major contributing factor in the global spread STDs. Increased promiscuity casual relationships tend occur during travel abroad foreign countries. Travellers should aware that STDs is high especially developing countries encounter partners or commercial sex workers (CSWs) carries infection. Prevention can achieved complete abstinence from exposure adopting safe practices such as consistently correctly using latex condom contact.
