摘要: Tissue cultures were initiated from 130 spontaneous abortion specimens and 81 successfully karyotyped. Chromosome abnormalities found in 50 cases: 12 with XO, 27 trisomy, 6 triploidy, 1 tetraploidy 4 others. The parental origin was determined 11 cases of trisomy for an acrocentric chromosome. Two uninformative while 9 non-disjunctions occurred during meiosis I: 7 maternal 2 paternal (both 21). Three out 16 informative resulted a divisional error the first meiotic division mother. All triploidy informative. They non-reduction I mother (2) or dispermy (4).
