摘要: Abstract Mesophyll protoplasts, isolated with purified Driselase from a drought resistant food crop (moth bean, Vigna aconitifolia ), were cultured in standing microdrops. High division rates and plating efficiency obtained by purifying the enzyme, adding glutamine asparagine to culture medium, gradually reducing levels of osmiticum. On auxin free protoplast-derived calli produced embryoids which developed into complete plants.
