摘要: Abstract The general mechanism of eukaryotic protein synthesis is discussed based upon the accumulation considerable data from in vitro assays either purified factors or reconstituted systems. Recent evidence suggests that there are more factors/proteins participate this process than previously thought. These new discoveries however, do not alter apparent function characterized factors, so guidelines for understanding how Met-tRNA 1 and mRNA correctly positioned on 40S subunit have changed. tow ‘new’ observations ability a 67 kDa to influence phosphorylation state elF-2α mechanistic interpretation utilization specific (eIF-4A, eIF-4,, eIF-4F) which would suggest eIF-4A may bind except as eIF-4F.
