摘要: In the search for protective antigens aiming at development of a sub-unit vaccine against toxoplasmosis, several molecules have been found to represent good candidates, in particular P30 or SAG1, major surface antigen tachyzoite [Burg et al., 1988; Bulow and Boothroyd, 1991]. contrast, previous work our laboratory has highlighted great interest excreted-secreted (ESAs) [Darcy Decoster Ridel Duquesne 1990; Darcy al, 1992]. These ESAs be stored dense granules Toxoplasma gondii.
