摘要: The present invention is a method to detect defects in process producing food product by utilizing multivariate image analysis. In one aspect, an captured of the visible spectrum on-line vision equipment, analysis performed on via algorithm programmed onto field programmable gate array determine if defect exists, signal sent downstream sorting and equipment then rejects those products that contain defects.
