摘要: Objective: to evaluate the efficiency of first experience in pediatric basic and advanced life support courses Spain. Material methods; we have given two (PBLS) 8 h each 52 school teachers ambulance drivers, 10 30-h (PALS) 276 health professionals, 62 nurses 214 physicians (80 pediatricians, 57 pediatric, anesthesiology intensive care medicine residents, general emergency physicians): We developed according guidelines for from European Resuscitation Council. performed an initial final theoretical written test, continuous practical evaluation a survey about quality course. Results: on PBLS courses, only 12% practitioners answered at least 80% questions theory test correctly, compared with 77% (P < 0.001). All students acquired skills resuscitation. In PALS 30% 75% correctly (35% nurses, P 0.01); this percentage increased 95.6% (96% 93.5% 0.05). Of students, 95% considered formation received adequate.
