摘要: (1) The resting potential across the body wall of hydra varies monotonically with external sodium concentration.(2) Replacing bicarbonate and chloride, normal anions, methane sulfonate changes but not transverse column impedance. If anions are acting as passive shunts, barrier which is developed must form a small portion total impedance.(3) Changing concentration ions in gut was generally without effect, removal calcium EDTA caused contraction pulses to become reduced or reversed sign suggesting that these spikes.(4) response long term short osmotic stress faced by animal. It proposed results from transport mechanism involved regulation.
