摘要: Mycosporine-like amino acids (MAAs) are secondary metabolites found in diverse marine, freshwater, and terrestrial organisms. Evidence suggests that MAAs have several beneficial effects on skin homeostasis such as protection against UV radiation reactive oxygen species (ROS). In addition, also involved the modulation of fibroblasts proliferation. However, regulatory function wound repair human is not yet clearly elucidated. To investigate roles healing process keratinocytes, three MAAs, Shinorine (SH), Mycosporine-glycine (M-Gly), Porphyra (P334) were purified from Chlamydomonas hedlyei yezoensis. We SH, M-Gly, P334 significant keratinocytes these mediated by activation focal adhesion kinases (FAK), extracellular signal-regulated (ERK), c-Jun N-terminal (JNK). These results suggest accelerate activating FAK-MAPK signaling pathways. This study indicates can act a new agent further might be novel biomaterial for therapies.
