摘要: A foamable instant coffee product having a density of at least about 0.4 g/cc and comprising, coffee, densified non-foaming creamer, an acid carbonate or bicarbonate salt to generate carbon dioxide, foaming proteinaceous foam stabilizer, other optional ingredients such as sweeteners, milk solids, flavorants, thickeners, etc. This is preferably made by compacting the acid, carbonate/bicarbonate then combining this compacted, material with remaining ingredients. Alternatively, can be salt, extruding sweetener (e.g., sugar) compacted extruded materials
