摘要: A vast literature exists which either theoretically explores the mechanism of oxygen delivery from blood to surrounding tissues [1,3], or simulates and absorption by red cells suspension cell free hemoglobin solutions using artificial capillary systems [4,6]. Very little is known about physiologic efficiency sustain life isolated organs tissues. We thought that dependent transport metabolites across ileal mucosa, superfused in Ussing chambers, could be used test efficacy based carriers [7].
