摘要: In this article, a robust switching PID controller coupled to feedforward compensator is designed for set-point regulation of an electrostatic micro-actuator. The nonlinear model the actuator linearized at multiple operating points and based on LMI-theory stabilizing optimal controllers are designed. parameters vary according neighborhood point switch between sets locally controllers. Each stabilizes convex hull formed by current neighboring subsystems micro-actuator indexed point. Simulation studies used testing efficiency suggested scheme.
