摘要: There has been an increase in lung transplantation the USA. Lung allocation is guided by score (LAS), which takes into account one measure of exercise capacity, 6-minute walk test (6MWT). a paucity data regarding role and value cardiopulmonary stress (CPET) evaluation transplant recipients while on waiting list after transplantation. While clearly there need for further prospective investigation, available literature strongly suggests potential CPET setting transplant.
