摘要: The molecular epidemiology of nosocomial rotavirus infection in children admitted to the paediatric ward a large hospital southern India was studied by transmission electron microscopy and RNA electrophoresis on stool samples. Six hundred twenty-six samples were collected rotaviruses detected 35 them. A predominant electropherotype found all samples, there no seasonal variation incidence infection. pattern this study different from electrophero type patterns strains isolated elsewhere country also earlier with acute diarrhoea at same hospital.
