摘要: Aim To quantify the occurrence of processes homogenization or differentiation in vascular flora six oceanic islands. Location Six islands south-eastern Pacific drawn from Desventuradas Archipelago, Easter Island and Juan Fernandez Archipelago. Methods Using published floristic studies, we determined composition each island at two different stages: (1) pre-European colonization (2) current flora. We compared changes number shared plants similarity among for stage. Results The plant species doubled 263 to 531 currently. Only three native became extinct, four natives were translocated 271 introduced outside. frequency by more is higher post-European floras than prior European contact, level between increased slightly. Main conclusions Considering low naturalization rate alien plants, small extinctions meagre increase similarity, these are undergoing a slow process homogenization.
